1 - voters are reliable reporters of their own ideology
2 - voter ideology can be mapped predictably to specific policies
3 - political parties cannot/ do not change minds, especially by arguing.

as someone who has followed lakshya/split ticket for years, it is genuinely alarming to see him gain influence and power. He is a good data analyst who is unfortunately leveraging that analysis into unsupported tautological centrism (the centrism that just lost to Trump!)
