I mean I get why lamdalegal and aclu haven't moved yet is likely that they are trying to collect pennies and plaintiffs to bring a suit.

GLAD.org, LamdaLegal, ACLU. Not sure for medicaide/medicare. GLAD.org did the lawsuit to keep trans females out of male prisons.
