Seems like a gross under-estimate. What'sthe cost of all the landmineremoval, fiber optic cable draped liked spider webs as 2 examples. Add on the number of museums, art galleries, churches, libraries, and other cultural heritage centers, that were either looted and or destroyed. Loot is in Ruzzia.🤬
