🌋🛰️ Le 13 mai dernier, le satellite Landsat 9 a capté un impressionnant panache de cendres s’échappant du volcan Dukono, en Indonésie. En éruption quasi continue depuis 1933, ce stratovolcan figure parmi les plus actifs de la planète.

Thanks to Landsat 9, we now have an 8 day revisit schedule between the two satellites (L8 & L9). Also, many locations near the poles are observed with significant overlap, resulting in more frequent revisits, even daily at some latitudes! 😎

Thanks to Landsat 9, we now have an 8 day revisit schedule between the two satellites (L8 & L9). Also, many locations near the poles are observed with significant overlap, resulting in more frequent revisits, even daily at some latitudes! 😎
