This is the variety of larvikite called Bronze Pearl, used on The Queen’s in Crouch End. I once saw a slab of larvikite labelled as ‘English Pub Rock’ in a museum in Oslo #urbangeology

Today's ROTD is Black Labadorite aka Larvikite
Larvikite is an igneous rock, specifically a variety of monzonite, notable for the presence of thumbnail-sized crystals of feldspar. These feldspars are known as ternary because they contain significant components of all three endmember feldspars.

Last day of the month, who wants a shiny thing?

Coming up on the anniversary of a really awful decade (4th of July 2016 was my first major migraine, that cascaded to losing my job, health decline, etc) so I'm hoping I can start the next on better footing.

I’m torn between "This is an impossible goal" and "But you *need* to do this to get back on your feet."

So, marking the spot - currently at 1703 sales. If I can get 40 sales over the next 3 weeks, that should cover July rent *and* replace my dying laptop before I turn 40.
