Eastern Tiger Swallowtail Butterflies visiting the white clustered flowers of Late Boneset. This native plant is underrated. Drought and deer tolerant and blooms in late summer alongside goldenrods while the majority of everything else is going to seed. #Papilioglaucus #Eupatoriumserotinum

There is Late Boneset (Eupatorium serotinum) growing in this mess as well, but behind the camera view in the quoted post.

Late Boneset flowers this time of year here in Middle Tennessee and the insects love it. Most of the bees and butterflies are those little fast moving ones that it's hard to capture a photo off. Lots of photos....these are the best I got this afternoon.

Eupatorium serotinum’s (Late Boneset) time to shine is late summer. Pollinators are happy. #EupatoriumSerotinum
