I popped it up to the setting labeled "450°F," and now it's actually 416°F (thank you, LavaTools Javelin), which actually obliterates the curls. ...if it were truly 450°F, my hair would have turned into straw. but since my hair is silky smooth and flat, we know it was at the right temp.

Also folks please cook the food before you eat it. Please. Cook it until it is steaming. Make sure it’s cooked all the way through. Listeria dies if you reheat your food to 165F / 75C. Use a good thermometer! The Lavatools one is $23 but your health is worth it.

i really don’t care who folks find attractive but i do want folks to get food thermometers and let that be the way they know whether or not meat has reached the correct internal temp.
