I am actually now on Lemborexant which is similar in that its not a sedative but supposed to be way less damaging to your hormones than melatonin

anyway, if you have insomnia that hasn't responded to benzos/melatonin/antihistamines etc, lemborexant is the first drug I've ever tried that has addressed my actual sleep issue, which is not that I don't feel tired but that I can't fall asleep even when I do feel tired

It's the lemborexant. It even showed up in trials for small %. It is consistent though and, dose mediated, and likely wouldnt fade as most AEs. Its due to orexin antagonism. Stops upon cessation. You'd be better served by a z-drug.

I ‘pammed. It only took 0.5 mg clonazepam and I&we are definitely in better shape this morning. I ran out of Dayvigo but it also doesn’t have the same effect on bipolar state as clonazepam though lemborexant is a good sleep med if you don’t have problematic parasomnias.
