I often recreate a meal I had at Les Getz in France whilst looking at the snow covered Alps. Roasted duck leg, scallop potato’s and zucchini panfried in butter and cracked black people. I love it and I am always swamped with wonderful memories when we have it. #lesgets #duck #letscook #home
