It's a been a challenging week at work. I've had some hard conversations with folks about their roles and job expectations. And no, I didn't let anyone go or anything like that...it was more about growth areas and levelsetting expectations.

What I've been arguing in @luketimmerman.bsky.social TR for last several years is that the challenge/opportunity is levelsetting & seeking pragmatic and innovative opportunities to leverage emerging tech (incl AI) - driven by lead users, those in trenches seeking & open to best available approaches

You can´t trust ru or T-rump. This guy doesn´t do anything good. Levelsetting the facts is that ru has invanded and should leave the territories as per bordes 1991.

Gotta start with levelsetting what they mean by "immigrants". Typically they mean anyone with darker-than-lightly-tanned-skin, regardless of where they were born or how long their families have been in America.
