A digital drawing, it is very abstract. A silhouette of a person is facing the camera with two eyes in the silhouette, pointing to their thighs is the text 'femur', and pointing towards their head is 'You know what you've done'. They are standing in front of a sketchy skeleton of an oarfish, with several points of its skeleton being labelled incorrectly as 'femur'.
