If someone were to write a biography about my life, I think it might be called: The Holistic Alchemist: Finding the Sacred in the Science of Self. Not because I have everything figured out. And certainly not because I’ve turned every hardship into gold. But because I’ve always been drawn to integration. The Day I Finally Felt Like a Grown-Up (Sort Of)
I’ve never been one of those people who wished to stay young forever. Even as a kid, I was always eager to get older, not younger.
