Working with my new lifeRPG app is honestly a lot better than I expected it to be, gonna be a long while till' I carry everything over regardless. But that's ok, I wanted this Summer to be a reflective and calm time anyways.

Hard Mode is the New Self-Care: Why Your Brain Craves Friction
🌀 Is Your 'Easy' Life Making You Miserable? Ever wonder why you feel like a hollow shell on a Sunday afternoon, even when you’ve done absolutely nothing? You aren't failing at life; your brain is simply starving for a fight. In this episode, we dive deep into the evolutionary mismatch that has left us trapped in a world of frictionless convenience. We explore why the modern obsession with comfort is the primary driver of the Sunday Scaries and the pervasive modern malaise known as 'rot-mode.' Your brain was designed for the hunt, the build, and the struggle—but when it's placed in an effortless environment, it turns that energy inward, creating a void of existential boredom. 🛠️ The Quest Framework We aren't just identifying the problem; we’re giving you the Life RPG blueprint to fix it. Discover how to: - Pivot from doomscrolling to 'desirable difficulties' that spark neuroplasticity. - Transition from vague self-improvement to defined quests with concrete endpoints. - Reintroduce load-bearing obstacles to trigger your brain's 'seeking system.' - Understand why passion is a byproduct of friction, not something you find in a vacuum. Stop waiting for motivation to strike. It’s time to stop clearing your schedule and start building the intentional obstacles you were evolved to carry. We’re reclaiming agency and turning your daily grind into a high-stakes journey. If you're ready to stop languishing and start living with genuine stakes, hit that play button now. 🚀 Loved this episode? Leave us a 5-star review and share it with someone who’s stuck in the Sunday afternoon void. Let’s build a life of positive friction together! ✨

I love game-icons. Using this for the task in my new LifeRPG app for connecting to BBSs. Might use it as an inspiration for an ANSI design later.

Lost my digital data for my LifeRPG app which I was using to organize my life, feel bummed out, got a new one, but am mentally sad. Here's a recipe for my depression meal btw
- can of meatball spaghetti'os
- 3 packs of mild sauce

I have this this system in my LifeRPG app for tasks I don't have to do, but are still on a routine, I named them after the Yakuza games.

So I use an app called LifeRPG to manage the stuff I do throughout the day, and other stuff I am keeping track of. I have been using it for several years. I have decided every two weeks here I will post an out of context screenshot for the public's amusement.

J'ai réinstallé LifeRPG sur mon téléphone en espérant réussir des tâches que je laisse traîner. C'est assez rigolo de créer ses propres quêtes. (On ne va pas se mentir ça fait procrastiner davantage)

Using LifeRPG really helps me organize my day. It's the closest thing to an isekai I'm ever going to get and it's charting all of my progress and levels.

Making quest missions from literally anything is very fun.
