Seattle Kraken forward Jared McCann shoved liney Travis Toomey from the bench during a scrum. No penalty was called on the play, but will the NHL's Department of Player Safety step in here? More on the play and the Abuse of Officials rule: scoutingtherefs.com/2026/10/5360...

This is definitely true (yes, hello (but there are FOR SURE lot lines that one may get shot if on the wrong side of)), but ALSO, for some reason, there's an ENORMOUS demand for lot-liney "garage on teh left, garage on the right" shit OUT HERE! Where there's no advantage other than a doubled commute!
While I’m making people mad by claiming consumers get what they want, a lot of consumers really do like big houses with no lot lines in the exurbs. Good urban form exists in lower quantities than demand for it but I think exurban housing has a very high demand and that’s why there’s so much of it.

Syriac/aramaic writing may be the most beautiful of scripts.
Tbh imo it's a tight contest between the liney scripts: Arabic, Sanskrit, Syriac.

I think i had left before then. I think we only had 3 of them and that was in 92.
The one i would end up doing is a liney. ACL frame plus drum.

Happy International Tradies Day! 🛠️⚡
As a tradie myself, I know the incredible opportunity an apprenticeship can provide.
Here’s to all the hairdressers, sparkies, jockeys, chippies, plumbers, painters and every other tradie out there.
My 1st trade was as a liney… so I just had to share. 😂⚡️

I do agree that the 2 lanterns are cast well. I like Laura Liney but other than that I think the towns people have been lackluster as well as the plot. My biggest issue so far is the plot. We could have the exact same story on another planet and that would make sense and be cute.

Well maybe it wasn't going to be that simple. The spores are the right size but don't match my reference photos, which shows smooth spores. I'll have to keep looking for lookalikes
