Postie’s been, massive upgrade for my tiny mono mixer. 😆
The tiny Behringer MicroMix, a four channel mono mixer, with four stereo to mono adapters added so I can sum the stereo output from some of my instruments. For an improv rig when the Zoom LiveTrak mixer would be overkill.

I’m totally in love with my Zoom LiveTrak for similar reasons: performance mixer, multitrack recorder and DAW I/O in a footprint that suits my tiny studio.

具体的にいうと、ふだんギターはワイヤレスで飛ばしててレシーバーでローインピーダンスになってるから直接挿せるけど、ワイヤレスがトラブったり忘れたりしてシールド直結にした時に(U-44にはHi-Z スイッチがあったので問題無かったけど)LiveTrak L6に置き換えたら何かカマせないといけないよね、という話。買っといてあんま使ってなかったBOSSのGE-7とパッチケーブルとシールドをギグバックに入とくことにした。総重量が増えてるのはわかってる。

機材を減らしたり軽く出来るから、みたいな理由で機材を買って、その結果いままで出来ていたのと全く同じことをやるにはむしろ機材が増える、みたいな現象が起きている。しってた。

なぜか、MIDIはミキサーのパラメーター調整にしか使えない、と思いこんでたけど、ふつうに鍵盤つなげてMIDI-USB I/Fにも使えると気づいてがぜん興味が。
