Council introduces $2.4M sewer bond and advances Livingston Mall redevelopment plan with eminent domain reference
At first reading the council introduced Ordinance 29-2026, a $2,400,000 bond for the sewer utility system, and introduced Ordinance 30-2026 to amend the Livingston Mall redevelopment plan to include the right of condemnation; the latter was referred to the Planning Board for statutory review.

The #LivingstonMall was where we took the kids for back-to-school shopping, meet up with friends, and the food court. There are only two remaining in the food court: Popeye’s and Master Wok. Burger King, Cinnabon, et.al. are gone. The mall is a shell.
