Pistyll Rhaeadr is Wales' 3rd highest waterfall. Located near Llanrhaeadr y Mochnant (The church of the waterfall of the policemens stream). It was built in 1902 by local minister Dan Duwiol to attract people to his struggling chapel. The pump was originally powered by children.

Post y Wybr or Post Coch, near Llanrhaeadr YM, Powys. My photo fails to convey it's impressive 4ms height. #Folklore states it was draped in a red (coch) cloth so that a Gwybr (flying serpent) would take it for a rival and attack it. It was killed by spikes hidden by the cloth.
