Ir: What!? Ir: ...SHoot, they sent inquisitors for this? El: Inquisitors? Ir: Think of them as the Hierophants personal secret police Ir: Sent to quietly and efficiently dispose of the church's enemies El: It seems like we've angered some powerful people El: So what does this mean? Ir: It means we have to leave Stillhall immediately Ir: They'll be searching for us now. This city isn't safe for us anymore El: Not so fast. We performed this heist for a reason remember El: With this fragment, we can track down our original prize and take back what they stole from us! El: If their spending their manpower searching the city for us, that means there are fewer staying behind to guard their big castle on the hill El: That tyrant think he just crush us with his influence, so we should punish his overconfidence by counterattacking immediately Ir: ... Okay, I'm in! Ri: *Sigh* Ludo... Ri: Why did you have to get involved in this...?

We end off the lengthy exposition with some ominous revelations TRANSCRIPT: Th: At the heart of these ruins lies a treasure room containing part of an object that their engravings refer to as "The Forbidden Fruit" Th: We speculate that the rest of this artefact may be hidden within the other ruins that were discovered elsewhere Th: It is clearly and object of great importance to the locusts, but just like the ruins that surround it, the reason for its creation and connections to The Forgotten Revolution are still a mystery Th: The evidence generally supports the idea that these treasures were left behind with the intention that someone would find them. But to what end? Th: There is one aspect of this calamity that hasn't been lost to history, Venta: The Forgotten. Th: As you no doubt know already, she was a wasp whose bravery and beauty transcended her era. She fought in the calamity, and the Locustland we know today wouldn't exist if not for her heroic exploits Th: We owe our lives to her, and we have forever immortalized her as thanks to our one remaining memory of The Forgotten Revolution Th: That would be where the story ends; however, very recently in the volcanic sourthern regions of Locustland, a Locust biolab was discovered Th: This has brought a new theory to light: That the Locusts destroyed themselves through a virus or bioweapon gone wrong Th: Cordyceps perhaps? El: A bioweapon? Th: This would imply that Venta's heroics may have taken the form of combatting and suppressing this bioweapon Th: But can something so fantastical really be true?

We learn more about the Locusts' downfall and what they left behind TRANSCRIPT: Th: This museum was made by renovating one of the Locust' leftover ruins. It was the first of the several ruin sites to be unearthed in the past few months Th: It's the centre of one of the many unsolved mysteries that the Locusts left behind Th: The Locusts disappeared without a trace in a catastrophic event that has, against all odds, gone completely unrecorded in any surviving documents. Th: Historians have dubbed this event "The Forgotten Revolution," due to the considerable shift away from the imperialist and expansionist Locust culture and into the modern attitudes seen in Locustland today Th: As for the details of this calamity, many different theories have been proposed; However, most agree it was an end that they brought upon themselves. Th: Whether that was through war, man-made disasters, or even divine punishment, is anyone's guess Th: As for these ruins, it has been determined that the Locusts built every single one of them within a few short years before their mysterious collapse Th: Were these ruins the cause of their downfall? An attempt to prevent it? Th: Or were they just born from a desire to leave something behind?

A tour guide begins explaining Locust Culture while Iru begins the heist TRANSCRIPT: Th: As you may know, the name "Locustland" dates back hundreds of years to when the Locusts were the dominant culture in the region Th: However, the term "Locust" is a slight misnomer, as their society included both Grasshoppers and Crickets Th: The Locusts had an exceptionally sophisticated and advanced society Th: They wielded a master of many mysterious technologies that still defy the imagination to this day Th: These technologies often utilized a material called "acridite", a complex alloy peculiar to Locustland Th: Their heavy consumption of this alloy has led some scholars to believe that the Locusts worshipped acridite as a holy material Th: Its properties and uses are still unknown Th: What does this material look like? Well, look around you, this whole building is made of the stuff!

Iru and Elektra decide on how they'll infiltrate a museum that they have very little intel on the layout of TRANSCRIPT: El: Can you walk me through the plan one more time? El: If we're going to break in while the museum is open, then why did we wait several hours to make our move? Ir: It's because it's been several hours since they opened, that security is starting to get weary. Despite the fact that the crowds haven't shrunk one bit Ir: In short, it's the perfect time to strike Ir: If this place in any anyway resembles your description of the ruins back in Goldmane, then it will be laid out sorta like a maze, and the treasure will be at the very back. Ir: We can use that maze-like design to our advantage to jump between various off-limits areas to work our way towards our prize Ir: We'll travel together, I've got plenty of gadgets I've been itching to use that will help us avoid detection and get into places we shouldn't Ir: Unfortunately I wasn't able to find a good exit route during my scouting. There's nothing preventing us from retracing our steps and leaving the same way we came, but... Ir: If possible, we should try to secure a safer escape route during our infiltration. Just in case things go south El: And if we can't find one? Ir: That's what you're here for
