Never has the #C64 been so much loved. Recently deposited Chez LogShed only yesterday, by my longtime (love you) school pal Jim. That breadbin IS my original from my childhood. Why I gave it to him - no clue. Plenty of reveals to be made over the next few weeks! Joysticks and all!

Amazingly we had a dry spell this afternoon that was long enough to stack two large bags of logs. Archie claims he helped but he mostly just got under my feet.

Working on the top surface of the TV Table I am making for my new TV. The electric planer was a bit whack, it's also brand new and I haven't played with it yet. My main plane needs a full service & sharp, but this little hand plane. Genius. Homemade Rain Shelter + Shoelaces.

The #AtariST was the first 16-Bit computer we had in our house, maybe 1988, maybe a touch before, I returned home from school to see my 6 year older brother fighting six Mad Dogs on the streets of Skara Brae. I plonked myself down crosslegged on our bedroom floor next to him. Amazed. #BITD

Big windblown tree by me, far too dangerous to tackle myself. But driving past it has been killing me. Would fill the logshed for a year minimum.
Been past today and the leccy board have sliced it and stacked it neatly roadside. Literally running out of space but too greedy to leave any 😂

The replacement floppy drive for the #AtariST has arrived and I now need to work out what else I need to do to the back gubbins of it. I need to make it think it is df0 instead of df1 I think, and might need to do something else. I have some links to work it through.

The Gamebit arrived and it worked perfectly, there is nothing obviously awry within the #SNES console. The RF Module does look a bit rusted! Everything else is clean and tidy. Great fun taking that apart. I think I need a "better" retro display. I took no photos, so here is Hudson. #Frips

#LogShed Update.
#SNES replacement PSU arrived - no difference in the interference. Also switched out the RF cable. No difference. S-Video Display cable arrived - ShedTV does not do S-Video... Replacement Composite Display cable not yet arrived. Might be opening her up in the morrow.

The #PS2 and #SNES and all the #PS1 games and all associated peripherals and cables have been cleaned, tested and boxed away. It all works splendidly. I even fetched the memory cards from my study bookcase. Saves intact. 🤣 Just look at those games. Stone cold classics. Next: the #AtariST!
