Six-mile run today, and I got to feed Grandpa the raven on the way. He landed right at my feet! Not a bad training day for the #LongBeachHalfMarathon, the #JoshuaTreeHalfMarathon, and the #SantaClaritaMarathon! (I know I said I'd slow down. I meant after that.) #running

After a successful #LongBeachHalfMarathon and Peanut's scary medical stuff, I ran six miles today. The best part of running during #spookyseason is the decorations. It's also possible that I jumped while running when I didn't see this coming in the early morning light. 🎃👻😱
