Swooping along the hyperspace psi-ways: PSYBORG from French developer Loriciel in 1992 (Atari ST version)
While it follows in the footsteps of race-to-the-finish-and-avoid-obstacles Trailblazer and Cosmic Causeway, it was Sky Roads and Rollcage that came to mind the most while trying this out.

When the humble DOS PC Speaker is used for digital audio: Mach 3 (1987, Loriciel).
I compared running it on DOSBOX here to audio and video from a Jim Leonard vid capturing it from an 8080 IBM PC, and yeah, more or less identical. Impressive poking at the beeper to do more stuff than ever expected.

I recently found out French illustrator Franck Préfumo passed away in September 2023 at age 60. Known for his European home computer box art for French publisher Loriciel and its associated label Futura. Jim Power in "Mutant Planet" (1992) seen below. Moby credits: www.mobygames.com/person/30881...

En France, les échos que j'ai eu de Titus étaient pas beaucoup mieux. C'était pas génial non plus chez Loriciel, ce qui fait qu'Ubi au final, "c'était pas si mal".

J'ai dit Sherman M4 évidemment c'est le premier nom qui m'est venu, puisqu'il y avait un jeu de Loriciel sur ordis
