I like this RCT design in particular because it was open to both uncontrolled not-yet-resistant AND resistant hypertensive patients, opening to door to prescribe it as an earlier line agent

This is still phase 2 trial but Mineralys announced that their phase 3 trial Launch-HTN meets primary endpoints. Haven't seen this published yet but I am sure they are filing paperwork to FDA ir.mineralystx.com/news-events/...
