Had a LOT of fun with these lol

#ElioGaelri #LukaKazv #Art #Emotes #OCsky
A grid of digital drawings of emotes with my characters. Elio has a wink, wheeze, smile, tired, blush, cry, hype, peek, ew, pout, gun, duuuh, and standoff emote. Luka has a bonk, shrug, serious, actually..., peek 2 (where he's partially behind a wall), ponder, and side-eye emote.

"Don't touch him."

#LukaKazv #Art #OCsky
A digital illustration of Luka, a humanoid with short brown hair and shark teeth. He wears green gambeson with leather pauldrons shaped like seashells, and glares at the viewer past his nose, bearing his teeth in disgust. At his fingertips sprout blue tendrils that hold five shark teeth at the end, blurred in the lashing motion as he winds up to make an attack. Overall, the piece is lit with harsh, hostile blue, highlighting his face and hands.

On top of the fact that Luka turned out to be alive, him displaying any degree of roguish charm was not in Elio's predictions at all. Luka had always been so shy.

A digital drawing of Luka in front of a gay men's flag winking and smiling at the viewer. He has one hand on his chest, fingers touching the frills there in a dainty manner.

My boys as brush buddies! Elio fights sleep while Luka fights his intrusive thoughts to honk (?) Elio's ponytail.

#ElioGaelri #Lukakazv #brushbuddy #fanart #art
A digital painting of Elio and Luka as brushbuddies (a creature from Witch Hat Atelier). Elio is mainly red, dark brown, and white and marked like a fox with colourful speckles on his back and cheeks. He is curled up with his big tail, head drooping as he fights sleep. Luka is more fluffy and is marked like a horned owl, though without the complex feather crescent markings. His brow tufts flop to one side as he tilts his head, staring at Elio's ponytail intensely. He has a fluffier tail and mane compared to Elio.

Luka had died. Surprisingly temporary, though he didn't know why. Nonetheless, he did not want to be a Familiar. He had to find a way to change back.

#LukaKazv #Art #OCsky
A drawn reference of Luka Kazvikov, a human familiar. He looks fully human on the left, wearing a frilly white shirt with brown cuffs, brown pants, two sashes (yellow under red), and brown boots. To his right are two headshots and a halfbody depiction of him. The first headshot has his head tilted as his face splits down the middle, the top of it glowing blue. He asks "Are you sure?" The second headshot shows his entire head open to a sort of eight pointed star, insides blue and lined with white stone-carved teeth on the bottom points. His brown hair is revealed to be a fluffy tentacle that reaches through the throat. Six string tendrils emerge from six points of the unfolded face as he hisses. The halfbody shows his face had closed up again (though his face still displays a split line down the middle). He covers his mouth in shock, blushing, as he says "S-sorry! Was that too much?" At the bottom shows quick doodles of where else his body splits up, which is in the middle of his face, chest, limbs, and fingers. Beside that, an arrow points to him opening up on all parts of those points into a starfish-like shape, many tendrils emerging out of the rim of his form. Finally, on the right shows his full transformation into a human-sized jellyfish, all blue except for his eye spots and a bit of human skin color on the hood, and brown hair colour on the middle stinger tip. Two extra headshots above it display his human head in a side view, featuring him with human and shark teeth (both options are valid!)

Act normal act normal act normal act normal-

#ElioGaelri #LukaKazv #Art #OCsky
A digital illustration of Elio tied up in a kelp stalk out in the Wastes, and him trying to pose in a very normal way (sexily) to make his perdicament look less bad. Luka in the foreground stares at him, a speech bubble reading three dots of unimpressed neutrality. Another box at the bottom of the drawing (an arrow pointing at Elio) details "Tripped, freaked out, cries, saw his life flashing before his eyes two seconds ago." The characters appear to stand in a kelp forest but instead of being underwater, it is on land surrounded by blue mana particles, substituting for "water" for traditionally aquatic life.

Taste the strawberry🍓

#ElioGaelri #LukaKazv #Art
A digital drawing of Elio trying to draw a star shaped cookie on kelp paper with a pen, but Luka is leaning over his shoulder, his long blue stinger tendril licking the entire left side of Elio's face. The whites of Luka's eyes are blue and his eyes don't have pupils. Elio says, "Luka. I know you're hungry, but this isn't helping me draw faster." An information box points to Luka reading, "needs to eat human offered art or humans to stay human. When starving, a Familiar displays more animalistic behaviours."

Luka had died. Surprisingly temporary, though he didn't know why. Nonetheless, he did not want to be a familiar. He had to find a way to change back.

#LukaKazv #Art #OCsky
A drawn reference of Luka Kazvikov, a human familiar. He has two outfits on the left: (1) a frilly white shirt, brown pants, two sashes (yellow under red), and boots. (2) Green gambeson with leather clam shaped pauldrons and knee braces. Between the two outfits are headshots showing that he can have shark teeth (inside mouth coloured blue) or human teeth (inside mouth coloured a normal pink). Below the headshots is a back view of the green gambeson scout uniform where there are wings emblazoned on the back. On the right of those show a detail that he can split his face open down the middle, revealing that his brown stinger was pretending to be his hair (he's actually a jellyfish origami folded into a human shape). Below that are three points of his personality: (1) he smirks at the viewer, one hand under his chin to show his confident mask. (2) He is in a pensive pose, gaze averted to show his soft-spoken nature and fear of what he is. (3) He frowns, hands out, saying "Gods, Elio. You're NOT going to die!" to show he's the smart one but desensitized to the horrors. To the bottom of all that features information about human familiars. They need to eat Offered kelp paper art or humans to keep their humanity (Luka has his face split open to yoink a green paper from a shocked Elio's hand). Human familiars are intolerant anything else (Luka is bent over vomiting a rainbow, likely result of the burger he tried to eat beside him). There is a transformation sequence drawn that shows where he can split up (center of his torso and limbs) to open his jellyfish hood, unfolding into his true ~220cm in diameter jelly hood. One of his stingers are still coloured brown like his hair.

Before given the portrait Elio drew for him, Luka didn't know what he looked like at 20. Luka bounced between stolen appearances a lot, but when he finally took the trek to find his village, he started to deteriorate, looking less and less human in general...

#LukaKazv #Art #OCsky
A reference of Luka Kazvikov (deterioriating). He is a jellyfish with the hood folded into a vague human shape, though he has no legs (opting for a kind of skirt shap around where the legs should be). One stinger pokes through the top of his head in an angler-like lure, vaguely attempting to be hair, while the other three stingers flow freely below where the legs should be. There is a second version of Luka, less coloured than the first (which had brown and a deeper yellow. In version 2, he loses those colours, replaced by shades of blue.) Text all around the reference image explains: "Slowly loses his ability to apply more colours to himself as he suffers from further art-starvation. f he doesn't try to become tolerant of food with lower mana complexity (Ex. regular meat and plants), he'll turn grey, then finally die." One headshot at the top of the reference has an EXPECTATION label under it, where Luka begs: "My mind is fading. I don't know how to make a face anymore and I've given up on making legs work. The memory of my life before this horror is growing fuzzier as the days pass, and I don't remember how to write or draw. Please help me. I'm not trying to kill you. Just draw me anything, it doesn't matter if you are a beginner artist or professional. Please please please please please-" REALITY Luka just hums a single note with a tear in his eyes. The note underneath reads: (Familiars speak in hums usually, but human Familiars can learn to mimic words if they are well fed, which Luka is not here.)

If you check out the LukaKazv hashtag on this piece, you should be able to see his reference!

(The reference also has a companion ref w/ ElioGaelri, which is pinned on my profile currently. Information already on Elio isn't repeated on Luka's!)
