What Begich is saying is that MAGAvillains have no intention of making their billionaire benefactors pay any more taxes regardless of this bill.
If the bill with its spending cuts didn’t pass, they’d just make everyone else pay more to cover the oligarchs’ discounts (and for the new Gestapo).
