Excellent point made by @RxIDMo. Most patients with VGS Strep endocarditis could have received 2 weeks of IV therapy without bringing up the IV vs. PO debate @MAPharmacists #MASHP19

Suboxone has more hoops to jump through for prescribing than oxycodone. As someone in ID that sees these patients on a daily basis, I can fully get behind “X the X waiver!” The more providers able to offer MAT, the better! @MAPharmacists @ampeckham #MASHP19 #XtheXwaiver
