Vuonna 1996 sain diagnoosin MBD, vuonna 2004 se muuttui ADHD:ksi.

Olen lukenut kirjallisuutta heti vuodesta 1996 tähän päivään.

Koko ajan tulee lisää tietoa ja ihmisiä joilla on samoja haasteita niin olen myös vertaistuki.

Niin tosiaan nyt on ADHD tietoisuuskuukausi ja ADHD on olemassa oleva haaste monelle.

Itse olen stereotypinen ADHD.

Tai no niin. Ei silloin ollut tiedossa ADHD diagnoosia. Se oli MBD.

Olen siis lukenut ADHD:sta lähes kaiken mitä on tarjolla julkisesti.
