**Abstract:** The design of novel catalytic alloys exhibiting enhanced activity, selectivity, and stability remains a critical challenge in chemical industry and materials science. Traditional trial-and-error methods are prohibitively time-consuming and resource-intensive. This paper introduces Hyper-Efficient Catalytic Alloy Design (HyperACE), a novel framework leveraging Multifaceted Constrained Evolutionary Algorithms (MCEAs) coupled with advanced computational screening and machine learning techniques within the structural constraints of chemical evolution.
