Today’s MD-08 Local Hero is Montgomery County Police Department Commander Jason Cokinos. Commander Cokinos & his team deployed from MoCo to help battle the rampaging mob & defend the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. 5 years later, we remember the participation of MCPD & honor the officers’ valor & courage.

We just released mcpd: requirements.txt for agentic systems.
It simplifies running MCP servers with one config that works across local, CI, and prod.

Meet Trakzar from the MCPD! Trakzar is the best tracker of the MCPD and also the friendliest member as well. This dog-like Mixel has a brilliant sense of smell, so nothing can hide once Trakzar has their scent, but don't expect him to catch the crook.
