Avoid leaving sprinklers or hoses unattended Take showers instead of baths. Only operate dishwashers and washing machines when they are full If you need assistance: Farmers in: Allegany, Carroll, Charles, Frederick, Garrett, Howard, Montgomery, Prince George’s and Washington counties are eligible for certain assistance from the UDSA Farm Service Agency.
