I looked into it a bit more. Malaysia doesn't have many satellites (and if I'm not mistaken DPRK only has one currently in orbit). I suspect the one here was probably MEASAT-3, which has been uncontrollable for four years. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MEASAT-3
