MEEHubs or MEEPubs? Our cross-hub pub quiz pitted hubs against each other in a thrilling battle. Congrats to "alan", "Tom" and "swayam" for winning free registration to a local hub at the next MEEHubs!

MEEhubs is back in 2026, a highly recommended conference to follow online without a need to travel. I really enjoyed the talks during previous meetings, stayed awake for some talk until midnight (even with recorded talk)

it will be 3-5 August 2026, middle of vacation time in Europe 😭

I was super happy to see this come out after hearing about this project during the MEEHubs conference in 2024. Congratulations to everyone who worked on this!

Glad to see that others are starting to examine strain dynamics in microbiomes, and excited to dig into this after Tami's MEEHubs talk Tuesday. Amazing dataset!

Hosted a session on sustainability at @MEEhubs tonight. Not surprising, but still good to see how people from near and far discuss the same topics we do at LSI Exeter, Exeter Physics and @uniofexeter.bsky.social. Local change is not a drop in the ocean!
First out of five #MEEhubs2024 cross-hub activities was on sustainability. Colleagues from near and far shared concerns, reported failures and celebrated successes. Loads of overlap between reported failures and successes means it is worth to keep trying!
