Sure. I started out sith Sankhouniathōn but there's no emphatics there and I thought I'd pick a better-known name. It's interesting Latin normally doesn't write the aspiration (e.g. *ḥī-milkōt > Himilco), but that could just be because it wasn't phonemic in Latin, unlike Greek.
