I love bins, any solution that adds a halfway shelf into shelves, and/or under shelf storage basket.
Everything having an area vs neatness and full clean has helped a lot. The shelves I use for stackable or tall things. The baskets I use for small sealed pouches or misc. small things.

Among other things, Fel suggested Misc Shoujo Girlies, and since I've been failing them so far LETS GET SOME GIRLS. These girls are from different genres tbh and I'm totally ignoring how the meme works at this point but FUCK IT, girls from things I wouldn't have a meaningful 4 characters from!

When you see the article "Maternal depression tied to higher risk of special ed needs in kids" but it doesn't once mention that autism criteria changed to be more inclusive of girls only 13 years ago so there's a non-zero chance some of the moms are autistic.
