Here's my @jackofarttrades.bsky.social art trade for @midrangejohn.bsky.social ! I drew his very cool OC Raven~

#ocArt #OCSky #MKArt
An illustration of a character wearing red and black armour with glowing green bits blasting through the sky by use of rocket boosters on her back. She has long blue hair in a ponytail billowing upwards behind her and is holding a green plasma sword over her shoulder. Her lowered arm has a similar plasma shield attacked. She smiling energetically.

Most of what I am working on right now are still sketches, here's some old art lol
fav pieces from 2023/4/5/6 for fun

#MKArt
A digital illustration of my Viera from Final Fantasy XIV, Xarann. Xarann has dark skin freckled with stars, white hair with purple accents that is cropped at an angle, and a matching set of rabbit ears and a tail. He is dressed wearing black robes with several gold pieces of jewelry draped from chains around the arms and hanging on the skirt in star, moon, and bat wing motifs. He is drawn sitting among the stars with his hands reaching between his knees to cradle one star as light spills down from it and out of frame. A digital illustration of Tilly, a tabletop OC of mine. Tilly is wearing her winter themed dress of blue and white gradients and a fur lined cloak, however the sleeves are blossoming into the purple petals of a flower. Her hair, mostly grey-blue, is growing outwards and green like the stems of flowers along the bangs. She has her head thrown back, as if bathing in the sun's warmth, with her hands framing her face. Flowers associated with spring and joy (crocus, lilacs, and pansies) bloom outwards from her sleeves and behind her head. An illustration featuring Madoka and Homura from Madoka Magica. Madoka is in her goddess form and lifting upwards, a hand reaching with minimal effort towards Homura. Her dress is billowing out against a matching starry background. Homura is below her, falling away and desperately reaching for Madoka's hand. Her braids are unravelling. The text "You are my Best Friend..." runs along the background panel of stars. Mythril, my fish OC, smiles slightly while drinking a strawberry flavoured drink from a plastic cup. Her long green hair is tied in a loose ponytail by a frilly strawberry clip and she's wearing a heavily patterned shirt. A frame of strawberry flowers and leaves curves along the bottom, with a yellow patterned frame peaking out on the other two sides. Behind her are two framed fish portraits. In her drink, two small blue fish swim about.

A sticker design featuring Gon-Chan from Goodbye, Lara.

It's available in Matte or Rainbow Holo finish!

#GoodbyeLara #さよならララ #SayonaraLara #MKArt
An approximately 3inch sticker design featuring Gon-Chan (Grace) from Goodbye, Lara in her fish form. She's in a sassy pose, one fin raised to her face and little fish lips pursed, with the text "Be gay Do crimes" in a circle around her as a play on a quote she made in the series. The dot in the 'I' of crimes is done with a shining, sparkling light. The text reads "~3inch sticker. Matte or Rainbow finish"

I finished up another image for Izrand Allure. It's an homage to an older dragon quest artwork. I had a blast including so many of @unityrpg.bsky.social creative little critters!
Check out the game's development here: unity.itch.io/izrand

Lynette rushes forward with Esmeray held princess style in her arms. She stares back at the monsters with determination, while Esmeray looks in concern. An army of colourful monsters chase after them. In the distance an evil castle, likely the source of these fiends, looms against an orange and brown sky.

I hated this console. It was the loss of my innocence. I saw that controller as an abomination! Too bulky. A joystick? I was too young for Atari. I didn't hangout at the arcade. NES controller was my life. And SNES. I could only play DK64, MKart 64, Banjo, Smash & Golden Eye. GameCube 4 Life!

We both really wanted to draw Wang. Happy with how this turned out, even if that hair (on his head and his tail) took forever draw and shade lol

We'll have this print at FAN EXPO Canada!

#Arknights #MKArt
An illustration of Wang from Arknights. A man with flowing black and white hair stands, back to us, with one hand stretched out holding a weiqi stone between two fingers. His tail rests on the grown, curling upwards in a stylized way. His 'cat' sits beside him, imitating the lift of his head and closed off posture. Smaller versions of the two walk on a stylized sea of gold, black, and white behind, with a wooden scroll painted with Wang's face behind that.

#WHA #WitchHatAtelier #MKArt
A pair of matte vinyl stickers featuring characters from Witch Hat Atelier enduring the pressure of Art Block. The first freatures Agott and Coco staring at a blank digital art program canvas. Agott is standing with her back to the viewer, hand to her chin, face in a pout, concentrating hard on the void. Coco hangs down from the top, her hat fallen onto the frame, scratching her head nervously, willing a single idea to come out. The second features Qifrey and Olruggio on a similarly blank canvas. Olly is sitting at the front, back to the viewer, with one hand pressed to his head in frustration while Qifrey stands in the endless white void of the canvas, crying a little over art as his fingers tap together in thought.

Relics and Ruins

Another self indulgent, experimental OC piece. This ended up different than my expectations, but not in a bad way.

#OCSky #ocArt #OriginalCharacter #OC #MKArt
My OC Marina, a little mouse girl in bright blue and yellow clothes and leather, sits on the stairs of a ruin. Several pots sit alongside her on the steps. Overgrowth of vines and bushes frame the scene which is heavily lit by the yellow glow of the sun.
