This Little League rule may have had a place during pandemic and the 1st year after, but there is no need for this now.
I have not watched a single inning of this abomination, even at the ballpark.

There is zero reason for the stupid runner on 2nd base now. There may have been one during the pandemic and maybe the year after, but it is just stupid to keep it now.
