I think my "favorite" part about this is that the only reason MLBtv is under ESPN's umbrella is because Manfred insisted on the opt out in the national tv deal that ESPN later exercised, and then had to give MLBtv to them to get the same deal back, basically
MLB TV will remain $150 a season but look at this BS they’re trying to pull. You cannot “buy” MLB TV without buying ESPN Unlimited, but they give you a one month free trial, and then the hope is you forget to cancel since you don’t need ESPN to have MLB TV, only to initially purchase.
