This paper introduces an integrated framework leveraging multi-modal deep learning (MMDL) and Bayesian optimization (BO) to significantly enhance predictive accuracy and accelerate the structure solution process. Our system ingests diverse data modalities including diffraction patterns (X-ray, neutron), elemental composition, and preliminary structural models, integrating them through specifically designed neural network architectures.
