The CME did arrive at the time HUXt predicted, but to say it's underwhelming would be an understatement. Are we still using the phrase "nothingburger"?

I still don't know why SWPC (shown below) and MOSWOC forecasts were 24 hrs early. We use the same MOSWOC inputs. This needs some analysis.
Time series of solar wind in near-Earth space. A CME arrived at midnight on the 24th. The SWPC forecast had it arriving at midnight on the 23rd. The CME is very small, with almost no speed increase. The shock is only really noticeable in density and magnetic field intensity.
