"they're looking to do Match of the Day slightly differently" is worrying. I don't want MOTDx, and its cancellation suggests not many others did either. I'd implore @bbcmotd.bsky.social, whoever you choose to host, don't mess with something that's worked for 60 years www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...

As a Gen X I’m not sure I’m the demographic @BBCSport are aiming at with #motdx. As long as the millennials and Gen Z lot get it, job done I guess.
