There's a (posthumous) AF MoH recipient whose MoH action started off because SEALs don't do headcounts (they also randomly fall out of helicopters)
Then when you try to highlight this they get pissy and won't let you upgrade an AFC to a MoH unless you first give a MoH to the guy who couldn't count

dang. I think in an interview with former Chief Master Sergeant McCoy, of STS (Air Force) he was saying the SEALs left him & his buddy on an objective during a patrol. He was like, “Did you guys forget us?” Forget to do a headcount? LoL
