My 2018 Honda Pilot reports MPG computed only over when the car is moving 🤷. What is curious is the difference between this reported value and actual MPG. The chart shows this difference and what is happening during 2026 seems very odd. Car is at 125k miles? Gas quality decreasing? Watercanes?

This is our 3rd Accord Hybrid. They are a great value. The Touring is $3500 cheaper than the CR-V Sport Touring and has more features and ~50 MPG vs ~40 MPG. Sport sedan adjacent driving characteristics too.

It’s not a free speech issue any more than requiring auto manufacturers to post MPG is a free speech issue, consumers have a right to know about the product they’re buying
