Cuban-American here. I abhor MRubio but he’s 100% right & the Jamaican PM didn’t contradict him. Cuban doctors are not paid directly by the countries they are sent to. The countries pay the Cuban govt for their services which then pay pennies on the dollar to the physicians. They’re exploited.

I do believe that MRubio is very dangerous. He is an opportunist and very ideological, but he will do whatever it takes to gain access to power.
