i've been thinking about how much mc feels like problem sleuth 2.0, and how homestuck itself is quite different to ps and the previous mspadventures

mc feels like the "natural successor" to ps

hs by comparison is a significant departure from the previous norm

having read the first two mspadventures, and 1/3 of ps, do you know who "early period" AH reminds me of, creatively?

AH reminds me of Troy Duffy, lmao, in more ways than one

also i recognise the inventory system from midnight crew

and we're currently in a world (of imagination) inside the world of the comic

(which is again probably also a videogame)

i guess it's a given that all the mspadventures are videogames, and that's normal

In hindsight of recent developements in the #homestuck / #mspadventures comunity,
i wanted to post a reminder that in 2020, i asked Aysha from Whatpumpkin studios (back in the day) if i may publish and monetize early access to my fan audiodrama "Diaries of an Alternian" , with this exact reply:

For other MSPAdventures comics, the action narration was often actual reader responses, gathered on the forums as each page was posted. I can't recall if that was still the case by the time HS was being made or if it was just trying to capture that quality.
