Another chance to take the frame runner up to #rutlandwater #parkrun this morning!

So great for D to get an opportunity to be up with others running and to enjoy the buzz. Walking with nordic poles is fine, but he enjoys getting a bit of speed back!

We've borrowed the frame runner from the Loughborough club for a few weeks to give it a go on 'normal' roads. There's definitely an art to keeping it level on cambered roads but fun to be able to run together again!

What a great day at the Cerebral Palsey athletics championships. D competing as an 'invitational' as he's MS rather than CP - but such fun to be a part of the event. Some seriously speedy frame runners there today but D still got PBs at 400m and 800m.

OH did his first 10k in about 4 years using the Hypershell exoskeleton and nordic poles. Finished in 1hr 51 and I couldn't be prouder - such an achievement!
