I returned from overseas recently and passport control at both MUC and BOS had the "single queue feeds multiple stations" setup but in BOS there was a guy standing at the head of the single line directing people to sub-lines at stations and thus completely eliminating the usefulness. U-S-A!

Amy is going with a chorus to Europe next week and she's flying BOS>MUC on an A380 and I'm incredibly envious. When we did the same flight on our way to Italy just a couple of years ago they hadn't yet built a gate to accommodate an A380 so we had to fly on an A340 like a couple of suckers.
