Remember:

Tesla is included in the MAG7 when it comes to stock valuations but excluded when it comes to earnings 🧐 🧐 🧐

“.. MAG7 has underperformed SPX ex-Mag7 by >10% over the past month, and the pair has hit a new 2026 low.”

If I had to guess it’s probably Quanta and Foxconn who build all the servers for the mag7

The two customers are probably Avidia and Bvidia

OPCO: “.. MAG7 plus AVGO 1-yr trailing relative returns versus SPX since 2015. MAG7 relative return has only gone negative twice in last decade (2019 and 2022-2023).

“.. Performance got as close to 0 on June 25th, at just +2.0ppts. History says that's exactly where this group tends to bottom.”

JPMORGAN’s desk calls #DeepSeek “the first major fundamental challenge to Mag7 and the AI theme ..

“.. it is too early to abandon Mag7/AI theme especially with earnings this week. That said, I do think this accelerates the timing on when the market will want to see an ROI on AI investments ..”

“.. Here’s the monthly spread between the Mag7 and the Nasdaq 100 … on pace for its best month of o/p in ~6 years.”

Sure, Tesla is the only Mag7 stock whose core business is declining but just wait until they build self driving robots that take you on a piggyback ride to Mars.

What would a bailout even be, though? TARP was to buy distressed assets, and in this case, what would those be? Mag7 companies aren't going bankrupt. OpenAI can't be "bailed out" in the same way, as it'll keep burning money. And no, oAI is not some giant "propaganda conspiracy."
The AI bubble may be about to bust.

Peter Thiel has sold all of his Nvidia stock.

We all need to say this very clearly:

NO BAILOUTS FOR THEFT-TECH!

Expropriate their asses instead.

They stole from all of us and fully plan to burn the planet.

They owe us - not the other way around. 1/3

Was awesome to join Bloomberg to talk about the lie of AI - everyone's buying into the mag7 believing CapEx is going towards diverse AI demand, when all it's really doing is supporting the circular cloud revenues of two unprofitable, unsustainable AI labs.

35% of the value of the US stock market is the mag7, 19% of that is NVIDIA, and *42% OF NVIDIA'S REVENUE IS THE MAG7 BUYING GPUs*. Our god damn economy is supported by whether five companies buy more GPUs every quarter! This is insane!

Tired of people saying that there will be an AI bailout. For whom? NVIDIA isn't going under, neither are the mag7 companies. OpenAI can't get bailed out, it'll just lose the money, as would Anthropic. Closest we get are distressed data center assets, doesn't fix what happens when NVIDIA plummets

If AGI were indeed possible; It would likely want every Mag7 CEO's head in the Guillotine.

Between this, AI lobbyists telling the EU that we can have AI or hit our climate targets in the midst of historic heatwaves, and the extreme increases in carbon footprint over the last few years of the mag7, we kinda have to accept that AI enthusiasm is a form climate denial
OpenAI won't even consider renewable investments in Australia until the country agrees to kill its copyright laws so they can freely train on creative work.

When Albanese caves and agrees to this, OpenAI will just run on fossil fuels anyway: guaranteed.

It says something about how wildly out of touch and fucked up hyperfinancialized companies are, and the stock market, that the money guys can no longer perceive that their money is being fucked with.

Like, the Mag7 is already such an incestuous ball of scams they can't perceive further fuckery.

That’s 2 of the Mag7 CEOs that have said we’ve got a bubble.
BEZOS: “This is a kind of industrial bubble. .. The good ideas and the bad ideas [get funded]. And investors have a hard time in the middle of this excitement, distinguishing between the good ideas and the bad ideas. And that’s also probably happening today.”
