Physio today; he thinks injury not serious 🙂 just inflamed Pes Anserine from overuse. Rest until Weds then some jogging & build slowly. Should be ok for Majorca 🤞🏼
Will add a weekly strength session in for glutes & hamstrings 🤮 - luckily there is a gym 50 metres from the house, trial session 16/10

I can barely make a regular call at home because the UK signal is terrible, but I can make a flawless video call to my mum from Majorca while she is at work in the UK, even while sitting by the ocean. 🙃

He escaped for 24 hours when I was in Majorca and got himself lost because he couldn’t work out how to get back over a fence (he’s a little daft) so now he’s a strictly outside only with supervision or a harness.

So we landed in Palma Majorca today. Kathy and I have decided not to get off the ship. We’ve been here 4 times already and there’s not much left to see. Last day on the boat. It’s been fun but tiring. We’ve logged over 12k steps each day. Not today. We still have two days left in Barcelona.

Especially bizarre given that if you're going further than Majorca or Thessaloniki and don't wish to connect, a wide swath of England effectively has only one airport.
