Work is kicking my ass right now but if all goes well......you might see my work at the Mardigas next year 🫣

This week on Talk 107.3 with Brian Haldane, we discussed the new @amtrak.com #MardiGas service line & future plans for a track between #NOLA & #BatonRouge. We also talked about how important it is for our levees to be inspected annually, & my concern at funding cuts for this very purpose. Listen:

Where y'at, dawl? I've been listening to #MardiGas music all day, and my body's boppin' over here on the sofa as I get caught up on online things. Today's #MardiGrasSongOfTheDay is one of the many variations on "Uptown Funk." You know the funky folks from #NOLA get funky wit it. #MusicSky

Na te debo
Na te pío
Me voy de tu vera orvíame ya
Que he pagao con oro
Tus cannes morenas
No mardigas paya,
Que estamos en paz.

No te quiero,
No me quieras
Si tu me lo diste,
Yo ná te peí
No me eches en cara
Que to lo perdiste
También a tu vera
Yo to lo perdí.

I really like the designs you've done so far! The second one is my favorite

If you'd like suggestions, maybe one that is in Mardigas Colors? Green Purple Yellow. And keep the gold on the joints.
Also, maybe get some inspiration from the Jester from We Were Here. I really loved their color pallette
