Alleged underworld gang boss, #NafizModack, has testified that slain top cop, #CharlKinnear, and retired Major-General #JeremyVearey had a corrupt relationship with the now-deceased #MarkLifman.
Modack tells court that Kinnear and Vearey had a corrupt relationship with Lifman
Modack told the court that after he took over security in Cape Town from Lifman, he was targeted by Vearey and Kinnear.
