I think calling the #STLCards bullpen "shorthanded" is mislead without reporting that they hamstrung themselves because the manager refuses to use Fernandez in a classic bit of #Mathenaging. Marmol won't use him even when trailing big &, as far as I know, hasn't said why. #Marmolytics #LeaderOfMen
